Online Form For Visa Invitation Letter
To obtain a visa invitation letter for Display Week 2017, please fill out the form below. The visa invitation letter is free, but only comes by email. We can express mail a signed hardcopy on request but you have to provide your shipping account (FedEx, DHL etc.) of your choice to bear the shipping charges. To eliminate the need for priority mail we recommend requesting visa invitation letters at least three months before you need to come to USA. For individuals whose papers are accepted at Display Week, we recommend submitting a visa invitation letter as soon as your paper is accepted.
Please note we can not mail letters without your shipping account details (information can be entered in the form below). Owing to the number of requests we receive, please allow one week for form processing, and at least a week for the hard copy version to arrive by express mail due to overseas customs. Please note we can make no guarantee about mail service performance, and several letters have gone missing in the mail over the years, so we urge you to apply early so there's time to handle any problems if the letter is rejected by your passport office for want of additional specific information, or an invitation is delayed in customs/by the postal carrier/by any backlog at your local consulate, etc.
