MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL SUBSCRIPTION

By clicking YES option (in membership renewal form online), you agree to an AUTOMATIC RENEWAL SUBSCRIPTION OF YOUR SID ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP (“your Subscription”), which means your Subscription will automatically renew for the chosen length and you are automatically charged. You can cancel future renewals of your Subscription at any time by unchecking Membership Auto-Renewal option in your member profile online at SID.org/My-Profile, emailing office@sid.org, or calling +1(408)879-3901. Additionally, SID will send you 30 days prior to your Subscription renewal date, a reminder notice that you have 30 days to cancel your Subscription before it automatically renews. SID will notify you about any material changes to the automatic renewal terms and provide information regarding how to cancel before such changes take effect.

By providing your payment method information and clicking the YES & SUBMIT button as your electronic signature, you accept the above offer, authorize automatic charges to your payment method, consent to receive bills and other communications electronically, and confirm that you have opened, read and agree to our subscriber TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
