Types of Membership

Full membership $125/year, $238/2 years, $338/3 years: Full members have access to all SID content, publications, training program and receive Information Display magazine by mail. Access to SID Online Community (OLC) where members participate in Open Forum discussions, committees, connect with leaders in display industry and build speaker profile for speaking opportunities.

Student membership $5/year: Student members have access to online content, but do not vote in the general election or receive Information Display magazine by mail. Student members must have a student ID, and can be graduate students, but not post docs, lecturers, or professors. Student membership is for full-time students without jobs only.

Discounted membership Reg 3 $43/year; Reg 7 $19/year: Some countries have lower cost memberships. These members are able to vote in the general election, but do not receive Information Display magazine by mail. Individuals in Central America, South America, Eastern Europe, India and Vietnam can purchase discounted membership in SID's bookstore, or direct from office@sid.org.

Life membership: This membership is available to some long-standing SID members who have retired. They have full access to online content, but do not receive Information Display magazine by mail. Please see the SID Bylaws for details.

Permanent membership $1875: This individual membership can be purchased at any time, includes Information Display by mail, and lasts for life.

Unemployed members $30/year: This is a discounted membership available for only one year with no renewal available. This membership class does not receive Information Display magazine by mail.

Corporate members Platinum $20,000/year; Gold $10,000/year; Silver $5,000/year; Corporate $1,500/year; New-Venture Startup $500/year: A corporation or other business organization interested in furthering the purposes of SID by means of a financially supporting role.
