Job Opening: Senior Information Technology Project Manager
Job Location: Society for Information Display, 1475 S. Bascom Ave, Suite 114, Campbell, CA 95008.
Job Duties:
• Developing digital media strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement: Plan and implement Digital brand strategies that align with company goals to boost brand
visibility and foster customer interaction across different social media platforms.
• Database Queries and Reporting: Write SQL queries to extract membership data, generate reports, and provide insights on member activity, engagement, and demographics.
• Using a CMS and web-based tools to manage and publish content: Manage website content creation, editing, and publishing using a content management system and web application
framework.
• Integration and Automation: Integrate the SQL membership system with other applications (e.g., CRM, email marketing platforms) and automate workflows to streamline membership
processes.
• Developing project plans for IT projects, including objectives, timelines, and resources: Create detailed project plans that outline goals, technologies, systems, and staffing for IT
initiatives. Lead project meetings, ensure effective discussions, and assign tasks to team members.
• Using object-oriented programming and HTML to manage and edit the website: Apply programming skills and HTML to maintain and update the website, ensuring optimal functionality and design.
• Design and Develop Test Cases: Create detailed unit test cases to verify the functionality of individual components or modules in software applications, ensuring they meet design specifications.
• Analyzing social media strategy and providing quarterly reports to management: Monitor the performance of online community initiatives and present quarterly reports to management,
highlighting necessary changes to enhance the company’s digital marketing plan.
• A/B Testing and Optimization: Design and implement A/B tests to improve campaign performance by analyzing variations in messaging, design, and targeting.
• Data-Driven Digital Campaign Strategy and measuring ROI: Establish clear objectives for digital campaigns, track their progress, and report on their ROI using data-driven metrics.
• Data Integration and Analytics: Integrate data from various channels (CRM, social media, web analytics) into marketing platforms to track performance and optimize campaigns.
• Collaborating with partners for a comprehensive online marketing strategy: Collaborate with external stakeholders to align digital media initiatives with a comprehensive online marketing
strategy, ensuring seamless integration and consistency across all digital platforms.
• Managing stakeholder expectations: Engage stakeholders throughout the project, ensuring their feedback is incorporated into the final deliverable.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Conduct and analyze survey data using built-in analytics tools and generate comprehensive reports summarizing key insights for stakeholders.
• Data Visualization: Use visual tools and graphs within marketing automation platform to present statistical data clearly and effectively for stakeholder presentations and decision-making.
• Segmentation Insights: Evaluate engagement statistics based on segmented audience data to assess the effectiveness of targeting strategies and make recommendations for
improvements.
• Task Assignment and Progress Tracking: Assign tasks to team members within the software and monitor real-time progress, adjusting workloads or timelines as needed for efficient
project execution.
• Other Similar duties as assigned.
Work Time: M-F; 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. 40 hrs/week.
Salary: $121,701 per annum.
Job Requirements:
Job requires a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, Engineering Management and Leadership, or equivalent degree with 24 months of experience in the Job offered or any occupation in which the required experience was gained.
Experience to include: Basic Programming (C, C++ and Java), IT Systems, SQL, Agile & Waterfall Methodologies, Software Development Life Cycle, Microsoft Project, Business Intelligence Tools (Tableau), Quality Assurance techniques, Stakeholder Engagement, Task Management Tools, Marketing Management tools, Marketing Automation, Strategic Planning and Risk Management.
